Classy hotel, beautiful Taj view.

The breakfast spread and attentive service were top-notch, making each meal memorable. Seriously, the staff were super friendly—shoutout to Rajneesh for being a gem!

However, the Italian restaurant didn't quite hit the mark and took forever to serve us, even with no one else around. Also, some minor maintenance issues popped up, but everything else sparkled!

I had a great time staying at the hotel! The room offered a fantastic view of the Taj Mahal, and the food at the rooftop restaurant was delightful — loved the river sole! Plus, the café served the best cappuccino I’ve had.

The stay was enjoyable, with the comfortable suite providing all we needed for our family. The kids loved the spacious room and the delicious buffet meals, which made our dining experience memorable. Great service made it even better!

In my wife’s opinion, more family activities would enhance the experience for kids. Perhaps a designated play area would keep them entertained.

I had a fantastic experience staying in a Deluxe King Room with a Taj View, it was even better than I expected! The rooftop pool and spa lounge were perfect for relaxation after a long day. One minor downside was the confusing mineral water pricing, but it didn’t really dampen my enjoyment. I’d recommend checking it out!

The Grand Mercure in Agra exceeded expectations in so many ways. The service stood out, especially from Rajneesh, who was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The rooftop restaurant had stunning views of the Taj Mahal, perfect for enjoying meals. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the quality of food was top-notch. The room was spacious and clean, making it very comfortable. However, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work effectively, which was uncomfortable given the warm weather. The reception staff could improve communication regarding room availability, as we had to follow up multiple times to get an update. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance and staff service made our stay enjoyable.
